MOK'S TAEKWONDO SELF-DEFENCE ACADEMY was established in 1981 by Mr. Charles Mok. The aim of Mok's Taekwondo is to improve health, physical fitness and train up our self-confidence, will power, and mental discipline. In addition, Mok's Taekwondo has started a Taekwondo Training Centre in China Sichuan in 1995.
From the date of establishment, Mok's Taekwondo Self-Defence Academy has trained more than 3,000 students, amongst whom, over 300 have obtained black belt level. A number of our students have excellent achievements in the past few years which is encouraging and inspiring.
